They did a great job and identified and fixed the problem very quickly. They were very prompt and very professional. I was very impressed.

Steven arrived right on time and was personable, professional, and thorough. While there, he showed me some additional tips on my duct work, and gave me an estimate for running a gas line to my stove. I so enjoy supporting the local smaller businesses, and I will keep American Air Systems at the top of my list for Heating, AC, and even some small plumbing needs.

It was a pleasure from start to finish. They arrived when they promised and finished in a timely manner.

I have used them twice and the owner is really good and fair. The price he charged was way too cheap for what he did and I will use them again in the future.

This was the starting point for things I needed done. I sought out a smaller, more personal company like I had used in the past. My previous a/c guy had retired. I was very pleased with the service in every way!

Ron Burson has serviced my heating and cooling for 12 years and he is absolutely the best! Sometimes he's so busy that it takes a while for him to get to you on his list, but you can be sure that he'll get there. He came today just as it was getting dark and fixed my A/C quickly and efficiently. He and his son Steve are honest, trustworthy, and reliable, and Ron's wife Cindy runs the office and makes appointments. You won't find nicer people anywhere.

The first time was the owners son and the 2nd time the owner himself. Both very fine men. Very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

House had several hot spots and cold spots. Had system totally inspected from top to bottom. He closed several dampers and rerouted air from the main trunk line. Suggested that we add insulation in attic and add an attic fan. He was confident we could improve the cooling situation with just these simple fixes rather than major work.
