Alonza Jones

I was moving to Bham and was looking for a house to buy. We talked on the phone for awhile. He asked me many questions to help him determine what my desires were regarding a house. He sent me links via email to look at 5 houses. I provided me feed back on those 5 houses. The following day he took me to see the houses. I committed that day to one of the houses. On a couple of visits to Birmingham, I had driven around several neighborhoods. I had also had spent many hours back home "looking" online. I was having significant frustration narrowing my searches down to a reasonable number. What Alonza did was listen to what I had to say, applied that to search tools he had to work with and narrowed it down to a workable number of homes to look at. My visit to Bham was short and thanks to Alonza, I was able to select a home, get financing, property inspected before I had to head back home. The normal realtor fee was involved.
