Calling Alabama Roof and Gutter LLC is the best decision I could have made to get a new roof, new gutters, and needed repairs to facia and eaves, on my house. Cole dedicated his best efforts to make me happy with my choice of roofing and was a great advisor, and also very patient dealing with my many questions, at all hours! The teams worked like a choreographed production, finishing the roof in one day, repaired eaves and facia with unexpected changes that would have shutdown the job without the diligent efforts of all the guys involved. The 6 inch gutters are a masterpiece and change the whole dynamic of an older house. Everyone did their job and did it well! I canâ  t be happier with the beautiful work and the knowledge that my house will now be protected for many years to come, due to the quality workmanship and expertise of Cole and his team. I also want to emphasize that I was always able to contact Cole easily and he responded in a kind manner: important ! He and his team were always concerned about the quality of work, and the personal interaction to satisfy the customer was of real importance! I had a fantastic experience with Alabama R&G. I reached out after several failed attempts at a roof repair. Cole was able to come out and quickly diagnose the problem while also walking me through my options. We agreed that a new roof was going to be the best option given the leak and the age of the roof. Not only did I have an excellent experience with Cole but I thought his crew did an exceptional job as well. The roof looks great and the leak is no more. They also made sure to cleanup the surrounding area after the job was finished. 5/5! I will be using Alabama R&G for all future roofing and gutter projects moving forward.
