The roof went fabulous, because the owner did not take care of it. A group of Mexican-Americans did a great job and they were led by Chico. They did my 5,000 sq. ft. roof in one day. I made them lunch and they were very happy. The owner got back at the end of the day was very surprised that they were done. William Nelson, the owner and Terry Chambers, the salesman are not great to deal with. The owner was very upset that it was done in one day. Also, he guarantees that they will contact the insurance. I did that for him. He was very upset that I did this. Anyways, there were still some problems with my roof. My insurance guy told me that I could get this taken care of. They gave us a contract for $11,000 to fix the roof. Then, they charged us $12,000. They were very hostile to us, but we refused to pay the extra money. Later, Terry Chambers came to my house asking me for $250, because he was homeless, could not feed his children, had not gas, had not been paid for two months, and it was Easter weekend. He fixed a small part of my roof. He told me not to tell my boss about the money. While I was in the kitchen making him some coffee, the medicine that I was taking for a broken leg as I was in my wheelchair went missing. I filed a police for the missing medication. Also, he promises referral money of $100 and does not pay. Wiliam Nelson and Terry Chambers are unethical and unprofessional.
