I had termites to swarm several times which they have taken care of. They came out and retreated probably three times. I'm not sure the termite swarmers actually do anything to damage your house. But, they have come out and inspected. It's a different part of the company that does the pest control and he's a pretty nice guy. He always calls beforehand.
