VINCENT is great! He is very knowledgeable, licensed, prompt, attentive, responsive and knows his bugs!
We use them for our Termite Bond and Pest Control...but we may start using them for yard and mosquito treatments too!

He dif a great job and I agreed to a quarterly pest control. I paid everything up front for spraying of yellow jackets and first service. Mr. Bethea told me I would be contacted in February for my service call. In March, I contacted the office and inquired about my service. She said she would call me in April. In mid April, I called same office girl and asked when was I going to get service. She said she had until June to schedule. I explained to her that I had already paid for a quarterly service in January, but never received service. She thought I had already received service in January. That's the appreciated version and I requested my money back. She called back later, apologized and said if I would stay she would send out one of their reps to spray at my choosing. So I felt that was fair. Everyone deserves a second chance. The next Monday morning, a rep showed up as promised. A he performed his service he explained what he was doing and why. I wish I could remember his name because he did a great job. He told me and quot;the office personand quot; would call and set up next appointment. I've never heard from them again. Every time in the past when talking to the lady answering the phone in the office, it was always somebody else's fault. I won't be using them anymore. She doesn't seem very organized at all nor professional. I would welcome the individual back, but not the company.

Prompt, courteous.

They came when they said they would and they did what they said what they would at the price they said they would charge. The quality of work and professionalism was good as well.

They come once a quarter to monitor the Sentricon units. Also they always tell me when they have arrived, plus leave me a note about their inspection. They will have a new Sentricon system that they will install that will reduce my cost.
