They were suppose to come out and treat our lawn. There was no evidence that they did anything because the problems with our lawn kept occurring. We called them to ask about it and they said it would take a year or two before we would notice the difference. We stuck with them for a couple years and never got the results we were expecting. We called them to ask about their refund policy and they hung up on us.

I have been using them for several years now and they did a fine job without any problems. I was impressed that their service worked and we have seen good results. I would grade them higher but want leave room for improvement. I have never had to but they said if a problem spot grew right back they would come back and spray it again without any cost.
