I was told at 10 am that he would be at my location in 1-2 hours. That went by and I called at 2 pm they assured me he was coming. Then at 5 pm the glass tech calls and leaves me a message that "he just couldn't make it today" and that "he would do his best to make it tomorrow". I was upset because I missed a very important appointment waiting for this guy, they just dont really seem to care whether they do what they say they are going to do or not. I guess they have plenty of business.
