The spouts are located in the wrong place in our yard right where the grass ends and the mulch/straw begins which is where it needs to be edged. We can no longer use an edger and have to use a weed eater only because of the improperly placed spouts. Another pipe blew out and caused our water bill to skyrocket over 4x the normal cost. I contacted the company immediately and asked for help. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even get to it in spite of the 90' degree June temperatures. I had to turn off my irrigation system and hope my grass and flowers did not die. After 3 weeks and hearing nothing, I contacted them again to no avail. My husband even called. They do not return phone calls, messages or texts. We are being forced to hire a 3rd party company now to help us.
