Fencing Service
I got 3 estimates for the fence. Craig came out and did the estimate. They turned out to be the middle of 3 total estimates I got. I selected them mainly because Craig lives a few blocks from my office. The work done at the end of the day was first rate Mike and his helpers did a super job. The administration/business side of it was as badly managed as it could be. I sent the contract via email and Craig responded to the email but claimed not to receive the contract. He didn't order the aluminum fence until he received a 60% deposit check. His contract and emails stated he would order it as soon as he got the contract. The completed the work on the wood fence on time but on 4 different occasions over 2 weeks promised to do the aluminum then didn't show up. On a number of occasions you would call and get no response for days. On the final day I get the bill and it is $1,100.00 more than I expected. Loved the work but business management and price was not good.
