Robert did a great job and was super friendly. He provided us with a thorough and detailed inspection for our house under contract. He worked around his schedule to get it done as soon as possible! Definitely recommend to any who need an inspection or similar services!

As part of our process to purchase a house, we asked Advanced Home Inspection Services to inspect the property and structure. We met the inspector, Mr. Regard, at the property and observed that he was very thorough and mindful of every system (e.g., electrical, plumbing, etc.) and the structure, all the way from ground level to the top of the roof. Mr. Regard offered great advice regarding the maintenance and operations of nearly everything in the house. He also patiently and confidently answered every one of our questions. We've purchased several homes over the years, and we've hired inspectors for every purchase, but none have been as kind, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable as Mr. Regard. Bottom line: We would hire Mr. Regard again and we are happy to recommend him to anybody in the area who is looking for a property inspector.

Robert has completed a couple of inspections for us and has done a great job with each inspection. He is responsive, flexible, thorough, and completed the inspections quickly. He has been available to talk on the phone to answer questions we had after the inspection to help better understand certain situations and the severity. We would definitely use him again and would be proud to refer him to others.
