 + -1 moreBuyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!! It has not gone well. After the three year contract I tried to cancel and they would not let me. They said that my husband was the person that signed up for the service even though we were getting a divorce and it was being charged to my credit card. They had been charging my credit card for 6 months and I had another service! To add injury to insult when I finally got my soon to be ex-husband to call they said that they needed a 30 day advance notice and would charge me for one more month. I begged the woman that I spoke to at least not charge me for the next 30 days and she didn't care about my circumstances! This is what you get from ADT. Worst customer service ever!
Description of Work: Was told that I needed to sign a 3 year contract to have ADT monitor my home.

Description of Work: I use Advanced Direct Security - ADT Authorized Company for home alarm system. They came out today I had a couple of issues with my lawn kit going off and they came. The technician came out, reprogrammed and it had it going.
