Real Estate Service
Bottom line ... unless you actually know the person selling you a house, s/he is not your friend, s/he is selling you a house. Always keep that in mind. S/he is not really looking out for your best interest, s/he has no dog in the race, s/he is is just working for a commission. I'm not saying that is right or wrong, just ... it is what it is. Action Real Estate is just another business. They will find you a house, but protect yourself. As careful as I was trying to be, it wore me down and ... got me. But they got paid.
