Wayne was great! He showed up on time, he was very friendly, and he took his time to make sure everything was working properly. While he was doing the inspection he explained everything to us in detail. We had our report within a couple of hours! I recommended him to my sister and he gave her outstanding service too!

Two-story house with just over 2000 sq. ft. & two-car garage took about an hour & 15 minutes to inspect & cost $300. I saw cheaper and more expensive rates elsewhere, so I felt this was fair. All in all, a good experience.
