to date... i have had the drip edge pull away from the house inseveral areas and the back gutter and facia board pulling away from the house.  Both of these are because, in the process of using a nail gun, they failed to secure it to a stationary board.  I have called them no less than 5 times to come out and fix these issues... beginning with the drip edge ... after two weeks of waiting for someone to come out ended up putting it back up myself.  I have called them twice about the back gutter and it has been two days and no one has come out to fix this issue. I also noticed that they had cut screens in several of my windows while they were working.  I have called Brad numerous times and when I have reached him and he had said that he would have someone definitely come out they haven't showed up.  They were supposed to have someone come out on Thursday August 16 and when I called because no one showed up, he made the excuse that they had an emergency and couldn't make it but they would definitely come out Friday or Monday.  Friday came and went and I didn't hear from them. Today, Monday, I have called, and no one will answer the phone.  So under no circumstance would I suggest anyone use them.

The company did a good job on the roof but when it came to the gutters they were not so good. They made sure that the roof was done with precision. The workers were friendly and they finished it fairly quickly.
