A to Z Cleaning Service

We bought a new house and wanted it scrubbed from top to bottom before we moved it.  With no furniture in the house, we asked for this company to make the place sparkle.  They estimated 3 maids for 3 hours and ended up staying (and billing) us for 6 hours.  Since we had the hardwood floors chemically refinished and the carpet was going to be professionally cleaned, we told them no need to vacuum or mop.  So instead of actually working, two girls walked around with feather dusters for 6 hours while 1 woman who spoke no english scrubbed the bathrooms.  Original estimate of 3 hours, stayed for 6.  Asked for specific items to be cleaned (light in foyer, window sills, baseboards, refrigerator and inside cabinets) none of which were.  So my wife and I ended up cleaning everything after they left. We refused to pay our bill, since none of the work we asked for was actually performed, other than the cleaning of the bathrooms. So this lovely company is now suing us.  If I were you, I would avoid them at all costs. 

I have used bill for over 12 years to do my light housecleaning. He does an excellent job, and always makes sure to take care of the areas that are of most concern to me. Bill is always willing to come an extra day if I need him to. A few months ago I was having a party and bill offered, of his own accord, to come the day before hand to make sure the house was spotless for my guests. He is an excellent worker and very honest.
