My realtor provided my with Cory Jones' contact info to inspect a home in Pelham we are looking at purchasing in Pelham. We scheduled a time for the inspection and Mr. Jones invited me to come after 2 hours so he could point out problem areas. I really appreciated this because he pointed out both the good features of the house, he showed me important things like the main water shut off, and he showed me problem areas so we could discuss the extent of those problems. He spent about 3 hours out there and prepared a 25-page report with recommendations that was ready the next day. I have never had a home inspector offer to take me through a house before (although I've only had one home inspected before) and I really appreciated it.
