A & L were called out to my house after the air conditioning went out in June (in Alabama!). He promptly came to the house and informed us that our unit would eventually need to be replaced- but to save us money, he offered a solution that we all hoped would last until next year. Unfortunately, it did not (not due to him...definitely our unit). He worked with us to get a new unit in quickly. He even checked into options with the gas company and power company to get us a better deal and one that we could pay for in installments. Thanks to his hard work and research, we have a wonderful new unit, gas heat for the winter, and can pay in installments.
Recently, Anthony called to let us know a part on the unit was recalled. He came out immediately to fix the problem.
