Description of Work: Evaluated my need for missing vacuum heads for my Miehle vacuum. Had good choices and the least expensive choice was the best resolution to my problem. I'm going back to get a repair on another vacuum. Excellent personnel.

Description of Work: I learned so much about the different type vacuums. Mr. Cox gave me a great deal and I've been very pleased with my Panasonic.I've bought three from him over a 30 year period. They really last and perform well and he will repair or replace parts on any vacuum you own. He's been in business for 30+ years and knows his stuff!
