Our experience was at a minimum 5*! From the estimate to the finished product this company was The Most Professional, Highest quality workmanship at the most reasonable price that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them no matter the size of your project. My home is on The National Historic Register and we only want the Best. I would definitely call Brent and Heath for any painting needs we have in the future. You cannot go wrong using Paint 360. Worst contractor I have dealt with in 15 years. Unprepared. Blames the customers for things he should do. It was so bad that I fired him halfway through the job.

"We are sorry you felt this way because our goal is to make our customers happy with our professional work. The customer and 360 Painting decided to mutually part ways as the customer wouldn't let us wait until it was prepared to start back up. That being said we were hired to paint the walls and ceilings. We were not contracted to fix, or repair any of the walls or ceilings, that work was supposed to be done before we got there. As the owner of 360 Painting we called the owner of the office and sent him pictures while onsite and told him we weren't able to restart the painting job until the office was properly prepared for us to paint because our goal is to deliver a professional and quality paint job. The owner got upset that we weren't going to paint until the walls and ceilings were ready so we decided to part ways."

Originally I was told the project would take 3 days. It took 7 days over two weeks. The painters work looks great, but I wish the time estimate was more realistic.

I wanted to reply back in regards to the length of time it took as Heath nor I want to rush through a paint job because that will only cause either a delay with touch ups and/or errors are made that way. You need to be careful if a woman. They quoted a job for my wife, and changed the price 3 times. There is NO supervision, or any leadership. Pricing is sneaky! Use at you own peril!

"Project was originally for 7 days and it was completed within that time period for the original work. Price increased for added labor hours b/c you all requested him to do another full week of random labor work during the project. I always come at the start of the project and the end if the project. My guy was there doing the work.as I don't need to "supervise" him. He keeps me up to date and he called me telling me all the extra work you all had him do. So, of course I am going to add his labor hours so he gets paid for his work. Thanks and enjoy the amazing new look to the condo."
