NOTE: this evaluation is requested at time of initial serviceâ ¦.comments as to Quality of product and Value are really premature. Unfortunately this Survey requires a score with no option for â no opinion at this timeâ This is my first experience with this young company. Icontracted them to replace the entire HVAC system for a rental unit, following my call( referred by Angie)! The company representative promptly visited the unit,confirmed existing unit was à ¢à  à  end of lifeà ¢à  à  And , as per my request proposed several options as to efficiency and cost. My renter complimented the vourtesy , professionalism, and thoroughness of the on site evaluation.! I received the fully detailed optiions, price, and carefully presented warranty on each unit. I then compared this presentation to the two other companies bidding for same job. Two of the proposals were very close in all respects. I chose 1st Choice Heating primarily due to The strong factory based product warrenty, and the amazing personal based service demonstrated throughout this process. The instillation was efficient and professionally Done.( and with careful attention to my renter) It is too early to evaluate the quality of the product, warrenty coverage issues if any, and how well the company responds to service calls if needed. I am optimistic that the will preform as contracted and as personally promised, A follow ip evaluation in a year to Angin will be important
