White has a monopoly on Singulair Aeroator septic systems in this area. I guess they have more work than they can handle, because they never answer calls and rarely respond to voicemail messages. Some of my neighbors also had to use them, and one with a service contract $25-50/month got the best service. All they do is come out and listen to see if the aerator motor is running, which anyone can do. The last time my motor went out, they never returned my calls over a week. In desperation, I went to another plumber, who didn't know much about this system, but at least they came out to help me. These guys are arrogant and deserve some competition in central Alabama.
