Several neighbors with similar age roofs had Mark Wade, AKA Wade Construction of Hueytown, replace their roofs with positive experiences. We got a quote, paid for materials, and waited our turn. During the completion of his previous job down the street he made his whole crew mad and then fired them with our roof half done. He completed the job with day laborers, came by while I was at work and convinced us to pay him , but then it turned out he was not really finished. He refused to leave us the left over shingles, left us no purchase documentation or warranty documents on the shingles, even though they were supposed to be 30 year architectural shingles. We had to repair several things he did not finish.
