Marty was great.  I chose him over another company because he came out to do the estimate and told me he would be the person to come back and do the installation.  The other company sent an estimator out but said another person would come to do the actual installation.  I just like dealing with the one person who does it all.  Marty was prompt, professional, and very particular.  There was a scratch on the door which I probably would never have mentioned.  He spotted it after he had the shower totally installed and insisted on replacing it.  Which he did in just a few days.  I could not have asked for better service.  I would definitely use Marty again and would recommend him to all my friends. 

We can't say enough good things about Mr. Marty Potts. From the moment we contacted him to request an estimate to the finished product of the frameless shower door, he exceeded our expectations. When we called to request the estimate, he promptly called back. He was very knowledgable, professional, and kind. He gave us an estimate over the phone and stood by that estimate when he came to the house to take measurements. The day of the estimate and the day of the installation, he was on time, professional, and very respectful of us and our home. We found him to be incredibly honest and trustworthy. The members of his team were the same. Plus, they were all so warm and likable....an extra bonus. At the time of the estimate, Mr. Potts explained our options and told us exactly what we could expect. He promised to treat us as he would his mother, and he certainly did. We received a high quality product and installation. He even cleaned up ensuring to wipe up any water at the front door that may have been tracked in by the rain! (It was a stormy day.) As he left, he assured us that he stands by his work and encouraged us to let him know if we need anything at all. The frameless shower is not only beautiful, it is sealed properly and is working perfectly. We like and appreciate Mr. Potts so much that we would use him for anything he does. Going forward, he will be the only call we make when we need glass. We can highly recommend him.

Marty was professional and communicated well with us when there was a work or weather delay. He had to special order the glass because of the size, but once the glass arrived, he installed it quickly. He was thorough and easy to work with.

They were great and had great price. They got everything done very quickly and excellently. I didn’t have a problem with them. I got 3 estimates and they were the cheapest.

The window had to be ordered.  It arrived in the time given.  Weather slowed it's installation a few days.  Marty was on time and easy to contact as soon as the weather cooperated.  Very satisfied with the work.

This is the 3rd time we have used Marty.  He added a frameless glass door at our previous house as well as returned to fixed a window pane that lost its fight with my sons baseball.  He has always been prompt for estimates and measurments and then prompt on installation with pricing being fair and firm.  We ahve referred him to 2-3 friends and family who also were please with his work.

In a couple of days Marty called me and said the shower surround was in and came out the next day to install it. It looked better than the picture he showed me and transformed the look of the bathroom. Very rarely does a job go so smoothly for me, there were no problems or delays at all. Whenever I need any glass products in the future I will be calling Potts Glass.
