Tim did a great job- came out and fixed the problem. He was finished in 30 minutes, and we were able to continue installing our toilet, and more importantly, turn the water back on! It was a little pricey for less than 30 minutes of work, but that's what you pay when you have to have a plumber come out on a Sunday.

Brought a larger and more expensive commode than requested, but had no caulk with which to redo the seal, leaving the brown gunky stuff exposed (and for me to fix). A year later, the handle on this expensive commode broke and Tim essentially refused to come fix it. He was rude and very unprofessional. Even in the manner in which he answered the phone, I couldn't tell that I had reached a legitimate business. I will never use these guys again.

They routed out our lines on more than one occasion, but the last time we called, they did not show up. When I called to find out when they would come, Tim was VERY rude to me (using phrases such as "you people" and "you've got an attitude") and told me to call someone else. I was shocked and immediately apologized, saying I didn't mean to be short, but he hung up in my face. I was shocked, and so upset that I started to cry. I called Stephens plumbing to do the job...you'll get my full report later. But just to be fair, before writing my review, I took some time to consider that Tim may have been having a really bad day, and I called back and took the time to sincerely apologize for any rudeness on my part. He was not as hostile as before, but not nice either. Did not apologize, and ended the conversation with "good luck." One of my worst customer service experiences ever.

"my company did however return to dress the yard , we do not do landscaping and its stipulated on all invoices , what we do warranty is the plumbing we install , and in your case we warranty the work for 5 years , unless otherwise noted , i just joined angieslist or would have responded sooner , the hole you did refer to is from your waiting several weeks to repair the sewage running down your front yard washing the yard away , i cannot be responsible for ground that doesnt exist to begin with , ironic that we have been to your house since to do service , thank you for your input ,"

He was recommended by a friend to us. The guy who answered the phone was very nice, he was prompt when he came over, but the price was way too high so we joined Angie's list to get another quote.
