I had gotten a divorce in 2005 and had to refinance my home in 2006 as part of the divorce decree. When I first spoke to Alan about what I had to do and what needed to happen he was very patient and really listened. He then explained every step to me so I really understood what was going to happen and how it was going to happen. He explained what information he needed, and why, to make the process go smoothly. Alan always made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. I never felt pressured or felt like he was "trying to pull something over on me". Alan got me the best rate I could get. When it came time to close the loan Alan made sure he was there with me to answer any questions and to explain the process so I understood everything. Alan's service, integrity and character were/are 100%.
