Their service was great; been using them for 3 years already and they have been great every time.

Monday AM, they called to say I was first on their route. By 9:30 we were cool again. I don't see how they could have done any better. Parts were under warranty to my total cost was labor only - $130 for two trips.

I don't think I could be happier.
I got three quotes, and L&M was best by about $1000.
They used Tempstar equipment, not as well known as Carrier or Trane, but it's working VERY well and a 10 year warranty is a 10 year warranty if you have a good dealer. I chose an upgraded condenser, because the overall quote was so good I didn't have to economize so much.
Once I called them back to set up the work, they had a crew available within a couple of days. They sent someone the previous afternoon to make measurements. They arrived on time at 8:15 and left around 2:00. They didn't pull any surprises or extra charges. I mentioned having too much on the electric circuit and they suggested a new circuit from my fuse box. They provided the wiring and labor, and I spent $3.50 on a new circuit breaker from Lowe's.
They left my basement cleaner than they found it, explained my thermostat, and left me with manuals and paperwork. They told me the office would register my warranties for me.

They were just fine. They were efficient and did it quickly. I have used them in the past. They put in my air conditioning before. I have used them when I have problems, always took care of it, and work really expensive.

The technician answered the phone @ 6:30 am.  I made a appointment with L&M for 12:00 on that day & they arrived on time.  Gave me options for payment & I choose to contact the office & put it on my credit card.  The technician kept me informed on what
he was doing, why & the results to expect.

L&M did a great job.  They cleaned and serviced the entire system.  They verified that everying was working properly and wrote a report that I could give to the buyer of my house showing that the HVAC system is in working order.

Very well. I was pleased. They didn't try to fleece me for work that wasn't needed or sell me a $7000 AC to replace the one that just needed fixing.

They were very good.  They were prompt, they were professional, and they were good about addressing my issue.  I have been using them for regular maintenance for years.

They are prompt. They come out almost immediately.  They are honest. They don’t tell you that you have that problem and this problem.  They tell you the truth. I will continue to use them in the future.  I will continue to use them in the future.

L & M was out here recently and they did a good job. Our air conditioner required a special filter and they were able to provide it for us. Our unit needed some Freon but only a little bit. The whole job only took about an hour so it wasn t a big inconvenience or anything like that. We were happy with them overall.

We have used them for many of tasks over a number of years. They are consistent on all levels and provided us with excellent service. The units are ones they installed and they take great care of us by keeping them well maintained. The new hot water heater was a good one and has worked great since they put it in.
