They were generally good to work with and we got a good value. We did have problems with the subcontractors that did the storm windows, but the other subcontractors did a good job. Briley can be hard to get in touch with, but in the end they would contact us and decisions would get made. The sight was a mess when they left. They agreed that they would do that, but we ended up doing most of the cleanup ourselves. We heard from other clients that you have to push to get the sight cleaned up. They were good at coordinating with us on projects that we could do ourselves to keep prices down.
