The tank overflowed over the weekend, and it was the kind of situation where some providers would make you feel badly about letting it go to long, then selling you services you don't need. He assessed the situation and said it probably just needed cleaning. Arrived with everything he might need (including a backhoe, which wasn't necessary) and was done in a half hour.
