The staff at Advanced Mower was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They helped me to locate the appropriate parts I needed to repair my mower and even walked me through the repair process. They gave me great advice and I couldnt have done it without them.

This was a professional experience from start to finish.
I took the lawnmower in on a Saturday, explained the issues. The service manager, listened and then clearly explained the possible causes and what they could do to fix the problem. He gave an approximate completion date of two weeks (as well as an cost estimate), but he thought they should be able to get it done sooner.
Got a call 10 days later saying the repair was complete. The issue was with the carburetor, he stated that they had to boil out it twice in order to repair. This indicates to me that they are not trying to over charge for work that was not necessary. They could have easily said the carburetor was bad, and just replaced it. This would have fixed the issue as well, but would have cost at least another 100-150 dollars.
Picked up the lawnmower a few days later, it runs perfect. They did a complete maintenance cycle on the mower, sharpening the blade, changed the oil, spark plug and air filer. Mower looked new.

I used this outfit on occasion when I was to busy and it was never a problem to get them even though they were a very busy business. The work was always to perfection and that was why I didn't mind paying a little more for them. They cleaned everything up and did as good of a job as I would myself.
