They ended up damaging my toilet in the process and never seemed to know what was wrong.

I received a written estimate, and the work was the exact cost of the estimate. Same person that did the estimate, did the work.  They started when they said they would, and were never late. This is the estimate and actual work trip.  Everything was completely professional and would have no trouble recommending or using them again.  Even though, I was only  installing a new stove, it was not exactly a simple project.  The existing lines were to small, around the kitchen and had to have more natural gas volume to handle the stove's load.  This was a snow ball effect, and quickly involved more systems.

Work was completed in a timely manner, the reatiner wall was installed wrong and is still shifting. I didn't get it in writting that they would stand behind their work. I have had an engineer in this field, look at the wall & was told they didn't know what they were doing and since I can't afford to have it replaced, for now, I'm stuck with an unstable wall. I'm a widowed female, who feels like I was taken advange of because, I trusted someone who appeared to be honest and trustworthy. Lesson learned! From now on, I will make sure to get everything in writting, a contract that makes it clear what the total cost is and just because someone says, (don't worry about it) Does not mean you have no need to worry! A thousand + over what I expected to pay. I wouldn't hire this company again, I can't afford the hidden cost.

OK overall.  One toilet caused the task to take a long time.

they did a wonderful job.  Very thorough and explained everything.

We have used them for so many things over the years, and not a single time has any of the work given us any trouble. The sink and toilet wasn t much for them to do and they got it right. I must mention that most people believe plumbing prices were outrageous, but with this outfit you couldn t find another company to get even close. They did fabulous work on top of that.
