Pool and Spa Servicing
John ******* the owner of the company scheduled an initial appointment with me on June 2nd 2020 at 3 pm. After taking time off of work to meet with him he texted me at 4 pm (an hour after he was supposed to be there) to reschedule for the following day. The first month went ok, but July and August were a nightmare. Constantly not showing up on the days scheduled, won't answer calls or text messages. It has been over a month since I have seen anyone for my pool. I have paid for services through September but have yet to hear from John or anyone else from this company. He is quick to send me a message for payment (which I have always paid promptly) but he won't respond when he is actually expected to do the job he was hired for. I do not recommend his services to anyone! I am very disappointed, because I went through Angie's List to get someone reliable and all I got was unprofessionalism and I'm out of money with nothing to show for it.
