I have had my boat in for repair 3 times for the same problem and twice for another. I cannot go into specifics at this time since my boat is in their shop again for the same issues. They had the boat for... get this: 3 1/2 MONTHS. When I tested the boat neither of the two problems were corrected. (both of which they had worked on a couple of months before). This cost me over $500 bucks. During the 3 1/2 months they had my boat they left it out in the weather. It was full of leaves and had been filled with water ruining several hundred dollars of tools and equipment, my carpets and seats were covered in black mold and all my drain holes were stopped up with leaves. They did not offer so much as an apology. I was led to believe the repairs could be done in a couple of days or I would have put the cover on it. I would also have brought the cover if they had shown me the courtesy of a call to give me a status report. Instead i had to call them and always got the old "it should be ready soon." When I tested the boat and it still had the same problems they ignored one and had no clue as how to deal with the other. After a few days they found a couple of experienced mechanics to point them in the right direction. That problem is now resolved (I hope) but the other continues. It has now been in their shop for 3 working days without a status report. One thing they do have plenty of is excuses. I will add more details when I get my boat back in working order.
