The business keeps up with all the schedules for me, I don't ever have to worry about calling them when time comes for a yearly treatment. They call ahead, schedule the date they will be here and they are always very professional and respectful. Very careful about their work, do not leave a mess. Before the first treatment was applied the owner explained in detail what all needs to be done to the property in order to fully protect it from termites. He showed me every pole on the house where he will need to drill (inside and outside), and was very careful to cover up all the holes after the treatment. I feel very confident  that my houses are protected from termites. 

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and very polite. They do anything that we ask them to do. If we have a special problem, they will take care of it. If there are any problems, we have to call them back and they will return. The people I have come in contact with are very polite and very religious. I have had no problems in anyway. The price is excellent; we can't find it any cheaper. The quality is excellent. With regard to punctuality, they are a little tardy on that. They are very professional.

I have done business with Ralph and Son's Exterminating for several years now. They are very good and helpful to me. If he finds any kind of problem he makes sure to call me and let me know what needs to be done. He provides great communication and I like that about him. He is very knowledgeable and he has taught me a lot about things I had no idea about. He is a local company and is very trustworthy.

They call me when it is time for them to come and set up an appointment.  They are happy to work with my schedule.  If I see any bugs they will come back right away to get rid of them.  I really appreciate this company's willingness to do whatever I need.  I have recommended them to many friends and family members.
