Although there have been multiple positive reviews, I would recommend staying away from this company. Mr. Browns initial quote was much less than our 2nd choice and we knew him from working with his wife, so we went with him. This was a big mistake. The quality of the plantation shutters was poor, there were huge communication breakdowns on his part which delayed our order for months (we ordered in Oct 2022 and STILL were not finished by Aug 2023). He made multiple promises he did not keep regarding repairs and making things right. His repairs were very substandard as if he did not care about the quality of his work. Furthermore, every time he was in our house he left debris in places he worked and left the bathroom floor in front of the toilet in need of cleaning. I was incredibly disappointed. One big set of shutters was never repaired as promised and we agreed to part ways and we took the small amount we had not paid him and went to another company in Prattville to have that shutter replaced. I wish I would have went with the other company in Prattville to begin with. I am not sure if it is due to aging, poor eyesight, or just a general lack of concern and work ethic, but I would warn anybody who is considering using this company to save the headache and go with another company.

I would highly recommend Mr. Brown with gotcha covered he was prompt in responding to my request. He was able to fix three of the blinds, and offered a quote on one that needed to be replaced. Mr. browns work was exceptional and price was reasonable.
