Home Building
Hired this guy to build our house in July 2011. He waited nearly 45 days to get started, blaming it on getting subcontractors, etc. Once he got started, work was slow and we began to suspect his competence. We decided to check on him, and found out that when we signed our contract with him, he DID NOT even have a builder license. That is what delayed the beginning of construction of our home - he was running back and forth to Montgomery trying to pass the test. When he finally passed it in Sept, nearly 45 days after we signed our contract, he was still never on the job. We fired him in November. We are spending thousands of dollars to correct his mistakes and imcompetence. He spend thousands of dollars of our money unauthorized by us.
BEWARE OF NELSON RHYNE - i would not let him build anything unless you want sub-par work and a lazy, incompetent individual building your home. You willl regret it.
