It went very well and we are very please with the results. They trimmed all the shubbery we discussed when we got our first estimate to do the work. Now that the lawn looks good again we plan on using them for ongoing lawn maintenance.

Charlie is wonderful to work with. He patiently listened to my explanation of prior landscaping work which had not been successful (we have had sod installed twice only to have it die) then assured me that he could install sod which would, in fact, be healthy ten years later.
When the lawn went into it's dormant phase during the colder part of this past winter, Charlie stopped by to assure me that this was a normal part of the zoysia life cycle and that the lawn would "green up" when the weather became warmer. It has really gotten green again since the beginning of April and I've been very pleased with the end product.
Charlie talked to me about a couple of design options and I finally asked him to do whatever he thought would look best. His creative, curvy intermingling of flower beds and sod looks wonderful.
I appreciated Charlie respecting my need to stay within a specific budget - a budget which was probably a lot smaller than most of his jobs. Instead of treating me like a "small job", it quickly became apparent that he gave my yard a great deal of thought, planning, and preparation. The end result has far exceeded my expectations.
Charlie and his crew arrived on time, were respectful and courteous, and worked quickly, completing my job in less than a day. When done, the crew got out their lawn blowers and got rid of all evidence of their work. When they left, I realized that they had transformed my lot from a neglected-looking yard to a professionally-landscaped-looking space!
Most of all, I appreciate Charlie's patience with my questions. He has always been prompt to return my calls and thorough with his answers.
I am confident that my yard is in good hands with R and R Landscaping. Yours will be too!

The removal of the old chain link fence and posts was done quickly and with minimal disruption to the yard. The old posts were pulled, and the holes for the new ones dug. New posts were installed and concreted in. The next day, fencing started going up. And quickly finished within a day or two. (cant remember exactly.) The two vehicle gates were built and installed. All in all, very quickly and very thoroughly done.

They remove their lawn clippings after they mow. They are very thorough and accommodating.
