These guys were great! They listened, understood my needs, worked with code enforcement and Alabama Power, gave me a timely quote and once I pulled the trigger, they came through on time, in budget, and were absolutely professional with clean up after they left. The most valuable thing to me, “if any issues come up with code or Alabama Power, let us know. We are here to help.” It means a lot when people stand behind what they say and do! …and they didn’t push me to do everything at one time, so the long terms means a lot to me! Lance Parker and his team did an excellent job. Lance contacted us the same day we entered the request and came to provide estimate on the date/time we agreed. We had some extenuating circumstances with a sick family member and Lance and his team did everything they could to maintain power in their room with a generator while they worked to remove a power pole and update the home’s power with a new box and physically move the power from a pole to attaching to the home. He coordinated with the power company and inspectors. He also repaired a power issue to the oven inside the home. Evidently it had always been on the incorrect switch. He troubleshot and determined it needed to move from a 40 to 50 switch. Everything looks great and is working beautifully. Thank you!
