Scott came out and very quickly determined that the property had structural damage that would have been very expensive to repair. I decided that any further inspection would not be necessary, he agreed and only charged me for the portion of work he had done. He was very thorough and very professional. I plan to contact him again when I find my next property.

Our verbal contract professional interaction with this gentleman was Mama raised him right courteous, patiently kind, effectively punctual, forgivingly flexible, informatively educational and reassuringly human.
