Really professional staff. Little waiting. When they check one thing like oil they have a system to look at the whole car. Needed a ride home after dropping off the car. NO PROBLEMS!

I recently moved to AL and of course needed a trusted and honest mechanic shop. The team at Franklin Auto filled those shoes. I have taken both of my vehicles there and each time they were very professional, timely, and affordable. I will be going back to them again and again.

I had a blown out tire on Interstate 85, and called the Franklin Tire and Auto who promptly sent David in a tow truck who arrived within minutes of my call, towed my Camry and then got the tires replaced promptly.

We got the tires from them so they did not charge us for the repair. They make you feel comfortable especially for people that don't know a lot about automobiles like me. If I ask a question they answer and try to explain it to me. I will continue to use their services.
