FADCO FLOORING

At first I liked Fadco Flooring. They worked with me very well on the price of high end flooring. My order was a little late, but they again discounted the price. When it came in I helped the salesman unload the trailer, but he felt it necessary to unburden his soul and complain about women, his current break-up, stay at home mothers and how hard it is for a big man to find a good woman. I ignored his life philosophy until he finally shut up. I had to order the T-mold separately, which the salesman forget to mention was another $200. That order was over a month late, then sat in the store for a week until I came to get it because the salesman forgot his promise to call ASAP. Fadco ordered the wrong stuff, two contractors agreed what I was given would not work with the floor I bought. Fadco assured me it was the right stuff, but never came out to look. I hounded the salesman for 7 months, each time being assured it would be fixed in a week. Fed up with waiting, I wrote the owner a letter saying I would even pay extra for the installation. The owner personally assured me it would be fixed in 2 weeks. Two months later I had to custom make the rest of the flooring and pay the custom company to install. Overall loss over $500 with installation. There are much better flooring companies in this area, who can finish a job in less than 9 months.
