Potential HOMEOWNERS BEWARE - Hired Alan Brown to build our house- everything was great in the beginning.  There was many red flags throughout the build we missed.  Found out later he cut many corners building and didn't find out until later from his subcontractors he hired and don't work for him as they didn't get paid.  Unorganized, Cheat, Liar.  Just wants your $$$$$.  He even cussed us out when we confronted him about getting things corrected. Just need to stay away from this builder.
One item of many items on the punch list Sprinkler System finally fixed because I fixed it - Never finished punch list - we took care of it ourselves.  When we moved in we spent two solid days cleaning the house before we could move our goods in.

In the beginning everything was awesome. In the end they produced us with addtional charges that were never discussed. Put a lien on the house to recover this money. Never finished the punchlist. Never paid subcontractors in full.  We have had over 6 subs come to our house for payment.  We paid all the money plus more to this company and we have no idea where the money went. We have been lied to multiple times and treated very badly. We also had convicts working in the house. It appears that we will have to pay more money to get the house finished.  We have lived the ultimate building nightmare.
