AUBURN FLOWERS & GIFT

Description of Work: Friends have sent me flowers twice from this florist. The flowers were pretty. My complaint is with the service. In both instances, the flowers were left on my front porch without my knowledge. I do not use the front door and at night cannot see that area from the driveway or street. I was out of town for the first delivery and came home on a hot day to find that the flowers had been on the porch most of the day. The second time they were delivered during the day and I just happened to walk outside the following night and find them. They had been outside for two days. I will not use them because they apparently do not check to ensure that someone is going to be home for a delivery and are willing to just drop flowers off without checking. I would be disappointed to send flowers to someone and then find that they did not receive a fresh bouquet. In both of these cases, the senders had given the florist my phone number. I would prefer that a perishable item not be left outside.
