I called several companies and either got a voice mail or no answer until I called Air Con. They told me the on call tech would call me within the hour and it was less than 15 minutes. He was at our house within the hour and was able to determine what the problem was right way. After returning from his parts department he had the new fan installed in short order.I could have saved myself some money by scheduling a repairman during the week, but living in the south during the summer you do not mess with the air conditioning.

See above. Owner not helpful, rude and unprofessional. Workers were prompt, however they do not know what they are doing. The AC unit was replaced only after we threatened a law suit and worked through the manufacturer. It was an overall miserable experience. We will never use this company again, and would strongly encourage others not to as well.
