I contacted ACA (also listed as ACA Plumbing & Services LLC) to see if they worked on copper pipe (first couple of people I called didn't, one suggested ACA). Not only do they do that work, but they were able to come out same day (free estimates).
They tried a couple of quick/cheap fixes, but ended up having to do what I had assumed from the beginning: replace the faucet and a portion of the copper tubing that was in the wall. They took measurements and photographs, went to the supply store, and were back quickly.
After installation, they replaced washer lines and ran a quick load to make sure no leaks appeared.
Definitely thrilled to have washing machine back in working order -- from initial call to completion was less than 5 hours, from time they arrived until completion was around 2 hours including a trip for parts.
