The price is unlimited calling, local and long distance. The price seems high compared to what I am paying now. I did have another phone service, and apparently Trinsic bought them out, because my bills switched to their name suddenly. All I wanted to do was cancel my service, and the representative acted as if I had lied to her. I spoke with the same lady three times. I was also on hold from 13 minutes to a half hour. Then they mentioned that I had an outstanding bill but could not tell me where it came from. I knew that I had no outstanding bills from them. They were very unprofessional and rude. Each time I needed something done, she could not do it for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady hung up on me. I would never use them again.
