+ -1 moreInitially contacted provider via phone. Explained problem with TV and he advised to bring unit for repair. Provided estimated diagnotic cost and course of actions via phone conversation. Arrived with TV 2 days later and he was very courteous and explained everything he would do in advance with projected cost. Staff was professiona;l, friendly and organized. About 4 hours later recived phone call advising projected cost to repair unit exceeded cost for replacement TV. He provided estimate for insurance if I so decided. Total diagnotics cost was $95.00 which included disposal of old unit. Again cannot convey how professional and courteous the staff was. Additinally exceptional marks for rapid service and response.
Description of Work: Provided diagnotics and service for DLP TV unit.
