Servpro Industries Inc

Work was shoddy at best. Failed to worth at code. We hired Servpro June of 2017, and gave up on their no show and hired an additional contractor to finish and redo Servpro's work on March 26th of 2018. We had to totally redo the electrical wiring as well as improper grounding for both bathrooms. (Additional cost of $950.00) Re-purchase 9 interior doors, that were drilled improperly, and subsequently not fixable. (Additional cost of $2,500.00) They were supposed to repaint our existing vanity. The leaned them against each other after painting them, causing them to stick together. These had to be sanding down and redone, as well as removal of the pocket door that put in wrongly. (both of those items cost $1,700.) The tile floor in the master bath was unlevel, and over grouted. When putting the shower glass in (2nd contractor) they had to grind down the tiles to get the doors level. We did not hire anyone to fix the other problems with the tile, and have to live with it as is. They cut the vent holes to large in the tile and the covers show space around them then. We did not have this fixed either. When painting the walls they made a complete mess, which they never cleaned. We placed a order for a barn door to put between the bathroom and bedroom. We contacted them to get the information in April of this year, and never got a response. We talked with Jordan Herdon of Servpro by phone and finally by email and talked with him about reimbursement on the items that we had to have redone. He agreed and now he will not respond by either telephone or email. I also sent him a copy of the receipts for reimbursement, but of course no response. While they were working for us, there was a constant turnaround of employees, with their hiring and firing. We lost 2 job foremen, they fired.
