His work is excellent. He listened to what I wanted, tried his best to accommodate me and, when he couldn't do what I wanted, offered excellent alternatives; he is very knowledgeable and has access to plenty of other resources when he doesn't know the answer. He was always willing to come back and fix even the smallest thing if I wasn't completely satisfied.
When I had problems/ issues with an outside vendor (not one of his subs), he stepped in and helped resolve them; very important when you are working and cannot be available 24/7.
My kitchen and sun room are beautiful and exactly as I envisioned them. We are enjoying them immensely. Next project: deck and patio and I won't use anyone but RP Enterprises.
