This organization is extremely responsive and professional.  They provided detailed quotes of every service performed and the exact charges for each detail.  They customized their work plan based on some services that I did not want such as spraying anti-microbial chemicals on the wood.  They cleaned the wood inmy crawlspace very well and removed all the old torn insulation and the vapor barrier.  They also inspected other things like duct work and informed me of some other issues that needed to be addressed (by other contractors).  Their pricing was competitive on all work, particularly when I was able to pick and choose the services I needed.  I would recommend them on any future work.
